Sticking with yesterday's theme, an essential item of baby gear for a new parent is a baby monitor.  If you're a nervous, overprotective parent like me, an audio monitor definitely won't do and even a standard video monitor is just child's play (no pun intended).  No, YOU need the Lexus of baby monitors - the Summer BestView Handheld Color Video Monitor.

Your basic video monitor will deliver a grainy, black and white image of your child along with an audio feed.  Some night vision capability might be included (most likely the result of some technology transfer from the U.S. military).  But the BestView monitor takes baby monitoring to the next level:
